Hoar Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer to assist craft workers on commercial or industrial construction job sites. You will handle hand and power tools, prepare work areas, and support crew with various manual tasks.

This role requires 6 months of experience as a commercial/industrial laborer, ability to read instructions in English, and HS diploma or GED. Physical work outdoors, exposure to weather, and occasional site travel are expected.

Competenze

• 6 months experience working as a commercial or industrial construction laborer
• Experience operating required hand and power tools
• Strong reading, written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required

Mansioni

• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools and return them to proper locations; install/remove signage or hardware
• Dig trenches or backfill excavations and grade earth per specs using picks, shovels, tampers, or rakes
• Operate hand or power tools such as air hammers, tampers, cement mixers, and surveying equipment
• If certified, operate heavy equipment like a backhoe or bobcat
• Assist in erecting or dismantling scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards
