Qualifications

• Experience performing physically demanding labor on construction sites preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools as directed.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, erect scaffolding, and manage debris.
• Load and unload construction supplies manually or with equipment.
