About the Role

Holder Construction is seeking applicants for the position of Laborer for our project located in Lancaster, OH.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of deliveries
• Handling and moving jobsite materials
• Cleaning and preparing workspaces
• Digging and site preparation
• Assisting the safety professional
• Assisting carpenters
• Various jobsite operations

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience
• Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge
• Agile/mobile and alert
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects
• Climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights
• Read/write and ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction
• Man lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs, 75% of the time
• Work in an OSHA compliant safety environment and outdoors
• Work overtime and weekend hours
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day
