Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join our Operations team on a project in Wichita Falls, TX. This full-time role supports safety and site readiness, including cleaning, material handling, and assisting carpenters.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of construction experience, be able to lift up to 100 lbs, and work in an OSHA-compliant environment. The job may require overtime and weekend hours, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience or more.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to field supervision.
• Able to use critical thinking to solve worksite issues.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile and able to stand/walk for long periods, use hands to handle objects, and climb ladders/scaffolds.
