Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join our Operations team on a project in Chester, VA. This full-time position supports field supervision, assists safety, and helps keep the site organized and productive.

Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing the worksite, moving materials, assisting carpenters, and loading/unloading deliveries. Must have at least 1 year of construction experience and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs., stand or walk for long periods, and work outdoors.
