Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer for our Operations team on the Manasses, VA project. This full-time role supports site activities and crews across daily tasks.

The position offers steady hours and the chance to advance through merit-based development. Ideal candidates have construction experience, a solid understanding of safety, and the physical ability to perform demanding manual labor including lifting 50–100 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in construction or related field.
• Knowledge of safety practices and general construction concepts.
• Support field supervision and crew as needed.
• Ability to think critically to resolve on-site issues.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Capable of standing/walking for long periods and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the worksite.
• Assist the safety team.
• Handle and move jobsite materials.
• Assist carpenters with various tasks.
• Help load/unload deliveries.
