Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks (shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow).
• Direct trucks for safe and precise operations using hand signals.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations at all times.
• Operate small power tools as needed to assist tasks.
• Move and level materials to support project needs.
