Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Construction Laborer in Oklahoma. You will support road construction and paving projects, performing a variety of physical tasks and learning new skills on site.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be at least 18, able to pass pre-employment checks, and willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Motivated and reliable, team-oriented, with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work hard in a hands-on construction environment.
• Physical ability to perform demanding labor and comply with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks (shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow).
• Direct trucks using hand signals to ensure safe, precise material movement.
• Operate small power tools as needed to support the crew (jackhammers, etc.).
• Dig, spread, and level construction materials for project accuracy.
• Maintain safety procedures and PPE adherence on site.
