Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to support a variety of paving and construction projects across our Oklahoma sites. You will learn on-the-job, perform hands-on tasks, and contribute to safe, high-quality project outcomes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the flexibility to travel or work non-traditional hours as needed, with a path toward more advanced positions within the crew.

Qualifications

• Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn new skills in a hands-on environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication are essential.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Willingness to travel, work nights, weekends, and outside the local area when required.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Follow OSHA and MSHA regulations for safe and compliant job execution.
• Assist crews with shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow operation, and directing trucks.
• Communicate with equipment operators using hand signals for safe material movement.
• Perform daily tasks as directed by Foreman and adapt to project needs.
• Operate small power tools as needed to support tasks.
• Dig, spread, and level construction materials for project results.
• Move and handle materials and supplies with care and efficiency.
• Install, relocate, and remove traffic control devices to maintain safety.
