Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is hiring an Experienced Asphalt Equipment Operator in Muskogee, OK. You will handle paving equipment, control material flow, and help advance road projects that connect communities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of equipment operation (3 years preferred), and a valid CDL Class A/B license with the ability to pass pre-employment checks. Benefits include health/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum of relevant equipment operation or construction experience; 3 years preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license (CDL Class A and/or B, with possible hazmat/tanker endorsements).
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Control material flow and depth during paving operations.
• Understand paving process: prep surfaces, establish grades, drainage, patterns.
• Operate paving, curbing, spreading and finishing machines; perform routine maintenance.
• Drive and operate curbing machines, backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, snow plows.
• Coordinate truck dumping flow and ensure safe jobsite traffic.
• Set up/dismantle equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
