Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, seeks motivated Quarry Laborers to join our plant operations in Oklahoma. You will operate and monitor rock, sand, and gravel equipment, help with maintenance, and support a safety‑first culture.

We offer competitive pay ($20/hour, experience-based), a sign-on bonus, growth opportunities, and on-the-job training. Candidates must meet safety requirements and be willing to work varied shifts outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license (Class A or B CDL preferred) and clean driving record.
• At least 2 years' related experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials.
• Monitor machinery and control panel operations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site.
• Perform routine maintenance and report issues.
• Mentor and train newer team members.
