Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking a Laborer in Cheyenne to support material preparation, handling, and supply for other crafts. The role involves scaffolding erection, ground leveling, and moving concrete and mortar with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Completed a two-year apprenticeship is required.
Experience in construction is preferred.
Ability to operate power and non-powered tools and equipment.
Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
Physical ability to perform repetitive movements and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Load and unload equipment.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging; level ground.
Handle mortar and grout; move materials between wheelbarrows and buckets.
Vibrate concrete and place or remove concrete blocks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety; work with diverse teams.
