Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer for our Midwest unit, on-site in Ellendale, North Dakota. You will assist with setup, material handling, and basic tool use to help projects finish safely and efficiently.

This physically demanding role requires teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work from ladders or scaffolds. A GED or HS diploma is preferred; drug testing must be passed.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights.
• Math skills including fractions are a plus.
• Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
• Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
