The role involves digging holes around foundations, assisting with foundation work, driving a box truck, and helping the crew with tools, materials, and equipment as needed.

The ideal candidate must have construction experience, be physically capable, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to assist the crew wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and a clear MVR.
• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work.
• Ability to lift and move tools and materials.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Dig holes and remove dirt around foundations as needed.
• Assist with foundation repair and general construction labor.
• Drive a box truck as needed.
• Retrieve tools, materials, and equipment from the truck.
• Help with daily tasks and job site preparation.
• Carry and move tools, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
• Follow all job site safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: General Labor – Construction

People Source OKC is hiring a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with previous construction experience to assist with foundation repair projects in NW Oklahoma City. This position involves digging holes around foundations, assisting with foundation work, driving a box truck, and helping the crew with tools, materials, and equipment as needed.

Requirements
