Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction/manual labor is a plus.
• Physically demanding tasks; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic construction site safety knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup and debris removal on construction sites.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth to grade specifications using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks or other conveyances.
• Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, holding tools, and providing general support.
• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, sealing, or other finishes.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic control signs, and other temporary structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensure tools stored.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including wearing PPE.
• Flag traffic or direct vehicles as needed to ensure safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or foremen.
