Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or a related outdoor labor role is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly and for extended periods.
• Strong physical stamina, dexterity, and ability to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.).
• Basic understanding of electrical safety practices is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Possession of or ability to obtain relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10) is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components, including pulling wire, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles and transport them to work areas.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under direct supervision.
• Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare work sites by setting up cones, barriers, and other safety equipment.
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures and scaffolding.
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures diligently.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead electrician.
