Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Laborer (Non-Driver, Electrical) to assist electricians and crew with manual labor, material handling, and site support on electrical construction projects. This position is outdoors, in varying weather conditions, requiring strong physical stamina and strict adherence to safety protocols to protect teammates and clients.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, some construction experience is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous construction/outdoor labor experience is a plus.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Work well in varying weather conditions and outdoors.
Basic understanding of electrical safety practices is beneficial.
Willingness to learn and follow supervisor instructions.
Team-oriented with good communication.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
Load/unload materials and transport to work areas.
Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
Perform site cleanup and organize materials.
Set up safety barriers, cones, and equipment at sites.
Assist with assembly/disassembly of temporary structures and scaffolding.
Follow safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead electrician.
