Responsibilities

• Check Buildertrend for the day’s plan and prepare accordingly.
• Load trucks with tools, PPE, equipment, and materials for the job.
• Follow direction from the Foreman and Lead Man.
• Provide labor to keep the crew productive and projects moving forward.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Learn proper construction methods, tools, and techniques.
• Ask questions, accept coaching, and continually improve skills.
• Work toward a personal development plan and advancement to Skilled Laborer.
