Load trucks with the tools, PPE, equipment, and materials needed for the job
Follow direction from the Foreman and Lead Man
Provide the labor needed to keep the crew productive and projects moving forward
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Learn proper construction methods, tools, and techniques
Ask questions, accept coaching, and continually improve your skills
Work toward a personal development plan and advancement to Skilled Laborer
Willing to learn and improve
Strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Able to listen, follow direction, and work as part of a team
Basic awareness of jobsite safety
Willing to take responsibility for your work
Curious and willing to ask, “How can we do this better?”
Interested in developing both trade skills and leadership ability
Previous construction, agricultural, mechanical, or trades experience
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Previous construction experience is helpful, but it isn’t required. Character, work ethic, and the willingness to learn matter more.
