McLain Site Solutions is a Florida state-certified heavy civil construction company founded in 2021. We specialize in site development, underground utilities, earthwork, grading, demolition, and other heavy civil construction throughout Northeast Florida.
McLain Site Solutions is seeking dependable Construction Laborers to support our field crews on active civil construction sites. This is a hands-on position involving physical labor, jobsite preparation, material handling, basic tool operation, and assistance with pipe, concrete, grading, and earthwork operations. The ideal candidate works safely, follows instructions, arrives on time, and is willing to learn. Previous heavy civil or underground utility experience is preferred but not required for reliable candidates who are ready to work.
Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull construction materials and equipment. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Work on uneven terrain and around excavations, mud, dust, noise, and active equipment. Perform physically demanding work outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, rain, and other changing conditions. Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
Monday–Friday. Typical hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. One-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime may be available based on project and business needs.
