Responsibilities

• Assist crews with general construction tasks and daily project activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist with concrete work, steel erection, carpentry, and site activities as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and properly.
• Support layout, demolition, and material staging operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements.
• Perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
