Zero Impact Builders in Rockville, MD is seeking a hands-on Construction Laborer to support site work on our projects. You will help with concrete work, formwork, rebar, and material handling while maintaining safety on busy sites.

Responsibilities include following blueprints, assisting with site setup, operating equipment when trained, and performing cleanup and miscellaneous tasks as needed to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor and construction.
• Commitment to quality work with safety first.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on construction sites.
• Follow construction plans, blueprints and instructions.
• Operate heavy equipment as trained (Bobcat, backhoe, excavator).
• Load/unload materials, prepare sites and remove hazards.
• Other tasks as assigned.
