Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join the Sparks, NV project team on a full-time basis. The role supports the Operations team by cleaning and preparing the site, assisting safety, and moving materials as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience required.
• Strong safety awareness and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to field supervision.
• Ability to think critically to resolve on-site issues.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the worksite for daily operations.
• Assist safety team and ensure site safety practices.
• Move and handle jobsite materials as needed.
• Assist carpenters with various projects.
• Help load and unload deliveries to the site.
