About The Role

We are looking for a Laborer to join our Operations team on our project in Sterling, VA. This is a full‑time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing the worksite.
• Assisting the safety team.
• Handling and moving jobsite materials.
• Assisting carpenters with any projects.
• Helping with loading and unloading of deliveries.

Qualifications

Required:

• Possess 1 year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to field supervision.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle, manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, read/write, see & hear well (naturally or with correction).
• Must lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Preferred

• Work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
• Ability to work outside.
• Work overtime and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness required daily.
