Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a construction or industrial labor role is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Digging, trenching, backfilling, and grading.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., pipefitters, welders, operators).
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, including debris removal and material handling.
