Primoris is hiring a Laborer - Non Driver to support skilled craft workers on construction sites. You will perform general labor, assist with setup and cleanup, and help move materials and tools while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong team attitude. Prior construction exposure is a plus, but not required. Competitive weekly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous tasks outdoors.
• Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Dig, trench, shovel, and rake to support site work.
• Load/unload materials and move tools between areas.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of sites, cones and signage.
• Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision.
• Keep work areas clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Spot for operators and assist with scaffolding tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and company rules at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
