Job summary

Pepper Construction Group LLC is hiring a Laborer to support on commercial construction sites across our Ohio offices. You will assist with loading, moving, and organizing materials, and help carpenters with framing, drywall, and finishing tasks.

Your role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a small team. Overtime, weekends, and night shifts may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Flexible schedule with possible overtime, weekends, and night shifts.
• Demonstrates reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials on site.
• Assist carpenters with rough and finish work on framing and interiors.
• Drive equipment as needed on site.
• Set up temporary protections and site safety measures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and waste removal.
• Perform selective demolition and debris cleanup.
• Collaborate with trades to support project timelines.
• Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
