Responsibilities:

• Assist the Construction Foreman in planning, organizing, and constructing post-frame buildings with a 3-4 member crew, ensuring safety policies are followed.
• Support crew members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in technical and safety training for crew members, including new hires.
• Construct quality buildings, including installing footings, framing, accessories, and sheathing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years carpentry or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• 2 years post-frame experience (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Valid driver’s license and driving eligibility.
• Effective team player.
• Willingness to follow safety policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift at different elevations.

Salary Range: $29.00 to $31.50 per hour. Compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, and location. Premium pay may apply.
