Position Summary

Under the supervision of the crew leader, Laborers work in crews of 2 to 16 persons. Responsibilities include shoveling, raking, sweeping, assisting with mechanical tasks, lifting, pushing, pulling objects, and operating small equipment like blowers and routers. Tasks also involve cleaning and preparing worksites and applying materials. On-the-job training will be provided. This is a full-time seasonal position requiring regional travel. Qualified overnight stays will be compensated with per diem.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physically capable of standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for long periods
• Previous construction or physical job experience preferred
• Reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license is preferred
• Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License
• Team player willing to assist in training less experienced employees
