The Position: We are looking for Experienced Laborers for our upcoming 2025 season. Responsibilities include supporting construction operations in various aspects, performing tasks such as raking, shoveling, cleaning, measuring, traffic control, and operating small equipment (saw, blower, etc.).

The Location: Projects will vary across the local area or the state, so reliable transportation and/or willingness to travel to any job site is required.
The Candidate: Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. A CDL is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Punctuality and dependability are essential. Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends. Must tolerate working in variable weather conditions and in dusty environments. Membership in the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member is required; union membership is not required prior to employment, and our HR department can assist with this process. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry is required, with proficiency in raking and shoveling asphalt.
