The Position

We are seeking a Laborer responsible for various physical tasks supporting bridge and related structure construction, including concrete demolition, deck repair, equipment maintenance, site cleanup, and other duties assigned by the Foreman or management.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to work in variable weather, dusty, and dirty environments.
• Willingness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Membership or willingness to join a Local Laborer Union; assistance available from HR.
• Preferred: 2 years of bridge construction or laborer experience.
• Experience with operating concrete vibrators, jackhammers, and mortar mixers.
