Pinkard Construction is seeking a Carpenter for on-site work in Colorado Front Range. You will study diagrams, measure, cut, assemble, and install wood/metal framework, forms, doors, and fixtures as part of diverse commercial and multi-family projects.

The role emphasizes heavy physical work outdoors, teamwork, integrity, and the potential to join a nationwide employee-owned platform with profit sharing and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• Pass a drug test as part of the hiring process.
• Move throughout a construction site including ladders, inclines, heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Heavy physical activity and outdoor work in varying weather.
• Manual dexterity to handle materials and operate tools.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
• Ability to set own goals and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and diagrams to determine dimensions of structure or form to be constructed.
• Measure materials or distances using square, tape, or ruler.
• Cut or saw boards, timbers, or plywood to size with saws or machines.
• Assemble and fasten material to construct wood/metal framework.
• Anchor and brace forms and other structures in place.
• Install door and window frames, subflooring, fixtures, or temporary supports.
