Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join our Operations team on our Mooresville, IN project. This full-time position supports field supervision, assists carpenters, and helps move materials.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction experience, understand safety practices, and can lift 50 pounds. We value reliability, agility, and the ability to work outdoors, including nights or weekends when required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety practices.
• Provide primary support to field supervision.
• Ability to use critical thinking to solve issues on site.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile and able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Read/write and have good vision and hearing (with or without correction).

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the worksite.
• Assist safety team.
• Handle and move jobsite materials.
• Assist carpenters with projects.
• Help load and unload deliveries.
