Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join the Operations team on our Mooresville project in Indiana. This full-time position supports site operations, safety, and carpentry tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction experience, understand safety standards, and can lift 50 pounds. The role requires physical mobility and the ability to read/write, with overtime and weekend hours possible.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience required.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to field supervision.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Must be able to read/write.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing the worksite.
• Assisting safety team.
• Handling and moving jobsite materials.
