Rob Giese Construction Services in Fond du Lac, WI is hiring a Foundation Repair Crew Member for a full-time, on-site role. You will join a small, reliable team to repair foundation walls in residential homes and learn our proprietary repair system with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Reads a tape measure and can read a ruler.
• Basic carpentry or construction experience.

• Punctual and reliable; shows up ready to work.
• Able to lift 60 lbs and carry into basements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced crew repairing foundation walls in residential homes.
• Measure and cut lumber, use power tools, carry and set equipment into basements.
• Tuck point, patch, and caulk joints; keep the jobsite clean and organized.
• Learn and apply our repair system (full training provided).
• Drive to job sites in a company vehicle (clean driving record required).

We're a small, tight-knit crew that does basement and foundation repair across the Fond du Lac area. We take pride in quality work, attention to detail, and reliability. We've even developed our own repair system that we'll train you on.

What you'll do

• Work alongside experienced crew members repairing foundation walls in residential homes

• Measure and cut lumber, use power tools, carry and set equipment into basements

Who we're looking for We can teach carpentry skills. We can't teach dependability or a good attitude. Those have to come with you.
