Sure-Dry, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking entry-level construction help to install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pumps and crawl space systems at customer homes. No prior experience required; you will learn on the job with an experienced crew.

You will perform physical construction work, use tools safely, and help deliver high-quality results every day. Enjoy weekly bonuses, year-round work, and a Monday–Friday schedule with paid training and solid benefits.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform physical construction work
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)
