Bayland Buildings, Inc. in Wisconsin is actively seeking Concrete Tradespeople to join our crew and complete concrete walls and foundations on Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural projects in Green Bay and surrounding areas.

This full-time, year-round position offers competitive wages and benefits within an employee-owned company. You will work outdoors in varied weather, follow safety guidelines, and operate hand and power tools as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience or education combination acceptable.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height).
• Ability to perform physical labor.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Bayland Buildings is actively seeking Concrete Tradespeople to work alongside crew members to complete the Concrete Walls/Foundations of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!

• Work with crew members performing concrete walls/foundations on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects
