Job summary

Virginia Foundation Solutions is seeking hard workers to join our Production Team in the greater Hampton Roads area. The entry-level role involves loading boxes, using hand tools, and working in dirty/ tight spaces, with on-the-job training.

You will report to the crew Foreman and be part of a supportive, merit-based promotion environment. We offer a weekly paycheck, bonus opportunities, company vehicle, and flexible hours.

Job description

We are looking for hard workers to join our Production Team! The Production Team arrives to our warehouse every day to load up their box truck, and drive to the jobsite location anywhere across the greater Hampton Roads area.

If you are someone who likes to work with your hands and tools, is willing to work in dirty tight spaces, and has no limitations on lifting or crawling-- this position is for you! You will be trained by veteran team members who have all the experience necessary to set you up for success with on-the-job, hands-on training. This position will report to the crew Foreman on the team you're assigned.

If you are a hard worker who would like a career with a company who values you, this is an entry level position, but our promotions and pay are merit-based, not based on time with the company. This is a great way to get your foot in the door to learn about what we do and where you can grow from here! This job is not for the faint of heart- you should be someone who values "sweat equity" and can look at working hard like a free gym membership! :-)

BONUS SKILLS:

• Construction experience and experience with power tools is a plus
• Carpentry and framing experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Starting Hourly Pay ranges anywhere from $16 an hour all the way up to $25 per hour depending on skills and experience. We also offer the bonus pay on top of hourly pay as well as performance based raises.
