Job summary

Sure-Dry, LLC in Menasha, WI is hiring for a hands-on construction assistant who will install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pumps, and crawl space systems. You'll work with an experienced crew at customer homes and learn valuable skills with on-the-job coaching.

Earn up to $23/hour with weekly bonuses, enjoy year-round work, a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, and benefits including health and dental insurance, a 401(k), boot allowance, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Ability to complete all required pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR, and drug screening where permitted).

Responsibilities
