NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair is hiring a Concrete Laborer to join our production team in Manassas, VA. You will work with experienced foremen on concrete repair projects, learn PolyLevel/NexusPro applications, and contribute to high-quality results for homeowners.

The role emphasizes physical labor, teamwork, and safety, with a focus on growth and hands-on skill development within a supportive company culture.

As a Concrete Laborer, you will work alongside experienced Foremen and crew members on concrete repair and leveling projects, including PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and learning valuable skills in the construction and home repair industry.

What You Would Do:

Assist the Foreman and crew with concrete leveling, lifting, sealing, and repair projects.

Help prepare job sites, materials, tools, and equipment.

Support the application of PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair products.

Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.

Perform physical labor on residential concrete repair projects.

Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.

Help maintain tools, trucks, and equipment.

Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.

Attend team meetings and safety meetings as required.

What We Need for This Role:

Previous construction, concrete, or general labor experience is preferred.

Concrete leveling or repair experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in different weather conditions.

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Dependability and a positive attitude.

Ability to work well with a team.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Ability to commute to Manassas, VA.
