Job summary

NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair is seeking a dependable Concrete Laborer to join our production team in Manassas, VA. You will work with foremen and crew on concrete repair projects, including leveling and sealing, learning PolyLevel and other solutions.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a construction/home-repair setting. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, concrete, or general labor experience is preferred.
• Concrete leveling or repair experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman and crew with concrete leveling, lifting, sealing, and repair projects.
• Help prepare job sites, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support the application of PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair products.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Perform physical labor on residential concrete repair projects.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
• Help maintain tools, trucks, and equipment.
• Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.

What We Need for This Role:

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to commute to Manassas, VA.
