The primary responsibilities of a Construction Laborer involve performing a wide variety of manual duties to support telecommunications construction. This role includes tasks such as physical labor on job sites and light/heavy construction projects, maintaining control of outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) activities, supporting project timelines, conducting inspections, and designing and providing accurate as-builts for projects. Additional duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be assigned as needed. (This is a guide; duties may vary depending on management.) This is a unit pay-based position, where candidates are paid per completed task or project, with rates set in advance based on the work performed.
