Construction Demolition & Laborer

We are looking for an able-bodied, hardworking individual to join our team as a Construction Demolition & Laborer. This role is hands-on and physically demanding perfect for someone who enjoys active work, has a strong work ethic, and can follow directions on the job site.

Responsibilities:

• Saw cutting, jackhammering, and demolition of walls, floors, and other structures
• Loading and unloading materials and debris
• Assisting carpenters and other trades as needed
• Following directions from supervisors and team leads
• Keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and demolition equipment safely
• Helping with site prep and cleanup at the start and end of projects

Qualifications:

• Must be able-bodied, hardworking, and able to follow directions
• Must be able to twist, kneel, left, climb ladders, and related movements
• Experience with saw cutting, jackhammering, or demolition work
• Carpentry experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs)
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid U.S. driver's license, and be able to pass a drug screen
• Comfortable using a smartphone and apps
