You will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain site safety and cleanliness, and learn valuable skills while helping build projects across residential, commercial, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and cleanup of construction sites, including moving and organizing materials.
• Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and site prep.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Help assemble/disassemble scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; training available.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime.
