Setup Technician

Pay rate: $21-$25/hr, paid weekly

Shift: 1st Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location: St. Charles, MO

Seeking multi-talented Heavy Equipment Operators with Construction and Carpentry experience to perform setup and installation of modular buildings and containers at our client’s local branch in the St. Louis area.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and removal of skirting
• Furniture installation
• Anchoring, blocking and leveling, interior and exterior seaming
• Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings
• Installation of stairs, canopies, and ramps
• Knock-down of buildings, including building shipping walls, securing exterior walls, separating buildings, disconnecting utilities and crossovers, securing items for shipment, cleaning the site, and removing installations such as blocks, steps, anchors, ramps, abs pads, and steel piers
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies
• Form and maintain good relationships with customers at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

• Extreme focus on safety
• Carpentry skills and experience with construction trades are essential
• Background and drug screening required
