Texas Sterling Construction is seeking hardworking Construction Laborers in the San Antonio area to join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and quality. You will maintain clean work sites, move materials, and assist with foundational tasks across multiple projects while learning on the job.

We value dependable workers who can lift heavy loads, work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends. No formal degree required, but a strong work ethic and reliability are essential to grow into

Competenze

• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• Experience with general labor tasks (site cleanup, digging, hand tool use).
• Ability to lift 70 lbs or more and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Mansioni

• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools.
• Load, carry, and move materials and supplies.
• Dig, level, and spread dirt or gravel using hand tools.
• Support various construction tasks and phases.
• Move between job sites as needed.

Position Description
