Position Description

Rachel Contracting is seeking qualified applicants for a Construction Laborer position. We are a specialty site-work contractor performing earthwork, demolition, and utilities primarily in the Midwest/Central US region. Responsibilities and Tasks

• Assist with earthwork activities including site grading, road construction, drainage improvements, dewatering, soil correction, foundation excavation, and utilities.
• Support general construction duties such as staking, plan reading, site cleaning, and preparation.
• Operate hand and power tools.
