Job Description

We are seeking hard-working, hands-on individuals to provide general labor services in support of commercial construction and renovation projects for financial institutions. Project work takes place after hours and on weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare construction sites as needed
2. Clean the construction site nightly to ensure readiness for the next day
3. Remove and properly dispose of debris and waste materials
4. Perform general demolition work
5. Move furniture on-site to accommodate subcontracted trades
6. Follow all safety procedures and report violations immediately to management
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimal construction experience necessary
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Assist carpenters, painters, or other tradespeople on-site
• Handle and transport materials (e.g., cement) and equipment (e.g., drills and grinders)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able and willing to work nights and weekends
• Clean DMV record, pass drug test and background check, 18+ years old

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including in inclement weather
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
