Position Summary

The Construction Laborer provides essential support to field teams, including foremen, construction carpenters, form setters, finishers, and general laborers across a variety of construction projects. Working under direct supervision, this role assists in the successful execution of day-to-day project activities by performing general labor tasks and operating mechanical equipment as required. Responsibilities include supporting site maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to a safe work environment through active housekeeping and hazard prevention efforts. The Construction Laborer plays a hands‑on role in promoting efficiency, safety, and productivity on construction sites, making them a key contributor to overall project success.
