Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpentry, maintenance, facilities, construction, or skilled trades environments.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address facility issues.
• Troubleshoot building and infrastructure problems and implement effective repair solutions.
• Maintain equipment, fixtures, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Complete light construction and renovation projects.
• Install and repair doors, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, trim, and other building components.
• Assist with facility upgrades, remodels, and improvement projects.
• Read and interpret work orders, project specifications, and blueprints.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, property managers, vendors, and team members.
• Provide recommendations regarding repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility improvements.
• Maintain a professional attitude and deliver exceptional customer service throughout all phases of work.
• Accurately document completed work and communicate project updates.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter / Facilities Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, repair, and light construction projects across a variety of commercial, industrial, and facility environments. The successful candidate will perform a combination of carpentry, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and renovation work while ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and other building systems.
